Recent legislation allows certain select licensed psychologists who become credentialed with the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PsyPact) and receive Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) to practice via telehealth in other PsyPact states. Dr. Silberman is licensed in the state of Florida and also a PsyPact provider. If you live outside of Florida and in a PsyPact participating state, you can receive the expert sleep medicine advice from Dr. Silberman through telehealth visits.
